It's like 1-2 weeks of continual anxiety after i have an attack.  Why does that happen?  It's so annoying and I feel like i lose those 2 weeks out of my life.

i think it's just the aftermath..ya know....i had a mini attack last night, right in the middle of good sleep too angry

maybe it's the chemical imbalances in our brains....plus the stress of constantly thinking about what happened...it was a traumatic event, no matter how big or small the attack was....our body is just recovering the best way we know how...or better yet, the way we taught our bodies to recover.

but hey, i could be totally wrong here fragend005

I am right there with ya! I, too, take weeks to recover. Then I have about two maybe three good weeks and have an attack again. It sucks!
