I'm pretty sure I was having a panic attack while I was sleeping, and I woke myself up from it and I'm so glad it was just a dream, but when I woke up both of my legs were tingling A LOT. It went away in a few seconds but I'm wondering why they got so tingly? I think it was only my legs.

I have the panic attacks in my sleep maybe twice a month. The numb limbs never happened to me when I was sleeping, but it has happened when i was driving once. It was real scary, but after a few mins it went away.
I was told that it is normal to have that happen during an attack. The most important thing is to remember the breathing technich.

in through your nose, and our through your mouth.
 It is calming

Yeah, and I felt like I couldn't move my legs for a few seconds. That technique is calming I've done it a few times.
