pain at the center of my chest

 :(Hi, I have a question, this morning, i was feeling fine then I started to get this pain in the center of my chest slight left of my left breast, it wasn;t a really bad pain but it was painfull and I started to panic thinking it was something bad like a heart attack has anyone had this before should I worry.  I've been having panic attacks and anxiety attacks for the past 2 years.

I have that pain also, almost all the time, don't worry that it is a heart attack, because that will make you compleatly freak out, which will make your chest hurt worse. They call those anxiety chest pains. It's funny, but that is what iv'e heard it being called. I usually let out a very big burp, and then it is gone, or lay somewhere where you are comfortable, and just rub your chest, and that should make it go away. That will also help you to burp. I have noticed that for the last 4 years, that has helped me.

for a minute there I freaked out because your first sentence says that my symptoms of chest pain in the middle is a heart attack but now I know it was an mispelled or missing word there when I read the rest, woooooooooo you almost made me pee on my pants.  But thanks now i'm comforted.
