Changing medications

Help, I am in the middle of changing from 225 Effexor to 150 Effexor to 100 Zoloft.  Right now I am on 150 Effexor and I CAN'T SLEEP!!!!!! :sad0147:
Is it the medication withdraw, is it that I am coming out of a major severe depression episode or both.  Extremely hard to concentrate, brain and eyes are going batty, and I CAN'T SLEEP!!!!  What should I do!?!
