sharp head pains, bad anxiety

hey its me again and im really scared and sick of this. i just got out of the bath about an hr. ago and when i did my left foot and hand began to tingle it got worse i started having pressure in my head couldnt think straight and still really cant. well now my foots still tingly i just had these two really sharp deep head pains on the right side of my head torwards the font and now im left with this sort of deep  pressing burning pain only in that spot! its really scaring me i cant shake this. so scared im having a stroke or something equally as worse. if anyone gets on please write back!

hang tight! If it was me, I'd call my primary care physician, or there on call service, and have them figure it out. I had a panic attack today too, It wasn't nearly as bad as yours but I was able to ride it out. I've had the numbness problems on and off too. I don't think I've had the deep head pains, though. Let me know how it turns out. Your in my thoughts and prayers.

yes hes still out of town my numbness is still in my foot and my head still hurts all over i just took a tynoel and hopefully it works soon. if my headache isnt gone i think im going to take a xanax, but i ate taking them. thanks for writing back :)

it suxs because your never quite sure if it's real or not. I had the same thing with my "heart attack" symptoms. After a couple of day's I just figured that If it was for real I'd already be dead. I hate the Xanax too, they make my all mushy!

they make me sleepy. plus i hate needind something to take away my feelings. b/c i figure i wasnt always like this. i WAS able to control this at a point. so i still can just got to practice or something. thanks for the support :)
