I know I've asked this before - but does anyone wake up and feel like their brains are jittery?  No other way to explain it just feels funny and like it quivering a bit - probably from the Effexor huh?  I'm giving Effexor two more weeks at 150mg - I see my doctor on the 29th and figure out what to do.  I did read Clair Weeks' book and although it sounds great - even harder to do.  Let it flow and accept it.
