i have a question about anxiety. i have an ankle problem which sort of shocks when i move it in a certain way. i can bend my foot in a way that will bring out the pain. so im able to bring out the pain physically and not through some fearful thought. it doesnt really pump fear into me when i think about, it is sometimes, however, on my mind when im walking because that shocking feeling seems like it can happen at any time, and often does. when im resting though, i feel no pain, and i know anxiety is at its worst when resting. the pain is easy to describe which is something anxiety feelings are not. i really dont believe its anxiety, but im still a little confused on this. So my question is, can this ankle pain be from anxiety?
