I'm glad to hear that your depression has improved. Anxiety can be a very common issue, especially with some that deal with depression (whether you are in a depression or not). Its totally okay to tell your doctor about the physical issues and feelings you are experiencing, as doctors are quite familiar with patients with anxiety. Anxiety is a very common issue and you are not alone, and nor are you in danger of being locked up. :) All of the issues you are experiencing can be very common with anxiety. I think it can be a good idea to let your doc know about these issues.
Do you have a therapist? Perhaps you could consider seeing a therapist on this issue, looking into books about anxiety, and practicing ways to relieve anxiety like consistent exercise, relaxation techniques, yoga, meditation. Also cognitive behavioral therapy is a good route.
