Hey, I'm just the average 19year-old
« on: February 06, 2012, 03:48:02 AM »
So I'll just start it all out with saying, I'm an average 19year-old, Male, Living in the United States Of America. And I know exactly what caused this whole problem to come about. And I know exactly what's up and how it works..

Now, what I didn't post above is how hard it is to fall asleep everynight, feeling lightheaded and like your vision moves in and out, and waves.. And how the light of my laptop can effect my hands steady-ness. What I didn't say is that I Have a Problem. Because it's not a problem. And no, it's not a weakness, and no, it's not a life-style. But digging myself out of this hole is exactly what I need to figure out how!

Here's a little list of things I've done.. I know there's a lot of things I should be trying, anyways here ya go;
Diet; Changed it up a lot, started eating healthier, and I feel a lot better, but I still have those weird body feelings and the crazy muscle spazums.
Light Exercise; Like jumping jacks and push-ups, Also a little Wii fitness didn't hurt anyone right?
Meditation; This is a big one. It helped pull me out of Panic-Attacks, I don't even have those anymore. I'm just still feeling the weird symptoms.

Medical history; I'm clean. That's it. haha. Besides that I'm a smoker. And that alone doesn't change anything much, slightly higher bloodpressure.. I've had many EKG's and Cardiographs. I've had blood work done. Everything came back clean... All my weird symptoms HAVE to be Anxiety my doctor told me. And at the moment, where everything was pointing to it. I felt better knowing exactly what's up.(Notice I never think of it negitively, that's a big one).

I've made all these lifes changes and I'm still feeling pretty bad. Does anyone have anything that they could add, or say to that? \=

I'm 19 and happy too. This is my first day ever posting in a forum instead of just reading them but I've seen the only two shows that are on like three times lol. So feel free to not respond if it's not my place on any thing.

I think you and I might be going through the same thing right now. I live in Washington state which has the highest 0119 rate in the country. Every one available to count as a support circle has it really bad. And I think I might genuanly have it worse than them but can't get help because I would rather watch tv and play scrabble than ruin my loved ones lives. And I genuanly want to be happy. So I might have a compattable outlook if you make exciting progress with something and need some one to appreciate the good side, or some one to help you remember the good. And alot of times I can come up with some pretty subtle stuff that alot of people missed.

But I'm in the process of getting help I'm not stable or anything
