Best med for Pure O and panic disorder

Hello Everyone. I am new to this site. My name is Holly. I am currently on Pristiq and feel like it doesnt help that much for my obsessive "what if" thoughts and my panic. Can anyone recommend a medication that has helped them with Pure O and panic. Thank you very much! God Bless!

I would recommend high dose SSRI. Generally folk with OCD / HA / Pure O require higher doses of the SSRI's.

Discuss this with your doctor obviously!

some people have excellent luck with luvox. it's an old med, but tried and true and one of the best out there for OCD.

Yes a very good point by Daisy. Luvox is well tested. My GP swears by a strong dose of Parox - Paxil in the states.
