Suddenly cannot sleep

I've been on Sertraline for 4 weeks now and had a few minor side effects the first week but all of the sudden over the last 4 days I go to sleep after a while and wake up about 3/4am and cannot get back to sleep. When I wake I'm not sure if I fall back to sleep or not either.

If it is the Sertraline, surly the sleeping issue would have happened before now?
