neck/head problems/dizziness... anxiety roaring its ugly head!

i am STILL having this problem with my neck/head where i feel a weird kind of vibration going from my neck to my head from time to time. have been to the doc. several times and he thinks it's a damaged nerve.  i have a lot of tension in my neck and right above my ear on my right temple i feel like someone is poking it hard.  this all started in december when i slept wrong one night, and i woke up and bent over and felt unbalanced.  from then on it's been anxiety hell.  i don't think its anything really serious, but it's just making me so anxious because it doesn't seem to be getting better. the worst part is that it makes me feel like i am on a boat, or just got off an elevator.  i went to a website and these are all symptoms of anxiety, and i know i should calm down and relax, but you know how that goes.  anyone else experience this?  i have been to physical therapy, but for some reason that place freaks me out and it didn't seem to help.

I'm going through the same thing right now and it started in December when I had a sinus infection.  Every symptom has gone away except for the neck tension and dizziness.  I wish I could help you with what you are going through, but hopefully it makes you feel better that someone else is going through the exact same thing.
