Strange fear/obsession

I have this strange obsessive fear of clearing the time on the microwave, I fear that when I clear the time however much time was left before I cleared it is how much time I have left to live, so if theres 18 seconds left and if I clear it i fear I'll drop dead in 18 seconds. Anyone else have any fears like these? I mean this isn't the only "I'm gonna drop dead if I do this" fear but it is one of the worst ones.
It sucks because my grandma(I live with her) gets horribly angry with me for not clearing the time on the microwave as she does over all of my fears. So it's come to me risking burning my food just so the time runs out by itself so I don't have to handle the panic that goes with clearing the time myself.

I dont have that exact fear, but i fear that if i stand in front of  the microwave that i'll get cancer. I immediatly walk away as soon as i set the time ;p. Weird, i know. lol
