Constantly thinking about death?

Hi, I have a HUGE fear of death and it seems like that is the only thing running through my mind, i fear that im just going to drop dead at any given moment, and even a couple days ago i had a weird feeling/thought that i was going to die soon, so now i am freaking out that i am predicting my own death. Does anyone know how to help this?

I am old, surprised I lived this long, but won't allow death to get the better if me even now.

As I see it that's the only way to triumph over death: rejoice in each day. None of us knows what tomorrow brings, so may as well seize the day.

I, too, suffer from thoughts like these.

In the past few years, I've had what I call trigger words that make me feel contaminated in regards to death. I have to compulse to get rid of these feelings or I had to. I'm trying now to fight it off, but I've heard one of the trigger words today and it's been a tough go.
