Heart failure/attack fear..please help! (feel defeated)

Okay so im 23 and have HUGE heart fear and i guess i have been battling indegestion the past few days...but now i am sooo scared.  FIRST of all i have this strange pain it feels, in my back...in the  left lower blade and top of my like where your neck and spine meet. Also ever so often i get this SHARP rush of pain which feels like it could be in my heart or back like its traveling through a small tube. it does not last long tho and happens 5 or 6 times every few hours until it decides to stop. It also feels like my heart flutters or murmurs and i get chest spasms and heartburn as well.


Someone  pleeeease help me, Is this common? I  forgot to mention, no bm in two days...could this be a factor? I feel like my heart is gonna stop or have an attack or it could be symptoms of some sort of disease...... If you have any info or experience, PLEASE HELP

Also, there are weird aches and rushes in my armpit and shoulder. Any feedback would be highly appreciated...

Sounds like gas or indigestion. My GI physician said that gas pains can occur anywhere.
Heart failure typically happens in the elderly or after a major heart attack, which at your age
would be an extremely remote possibility. Constipation can also cause your symptoms. I would
try to eat some fiber with plenty of liquid as that should help.
