Just had a spasm... almost like a siezure in bed.

I was laying on my back which I am sure was more than a good thing but a few moments ago my back and my entire body spasmed and I felt my eyes cross and tongue go out. It was like a jolt forward and I felt the room becoming dimmer and blurrier around me... like I was going to die right there. My heart also feels like it is beating closer to the middle of my chest... Argh, wah! I already had some disc scares falling asleep and this happened while I was awake by the way...

Oh God now I am sure I have MS or something... it would explain the tingling and sometimes burning sensations I have. Wah! Maybe those are from my sciatica or something... but I am so freaked out and my appointment at the doctor is not until later in the week.

I had something like that, like a really intense full body shiver that lasted 2 minutes. Hasn't happened again a year later.

With the tongue and everything? I felt like I was about to die. In any case I am glad I am not the only one who has had this happen.. sorry that you had this as well.

OMG, one time I felt like my whole body had a tremor. I was freaking out that i was going to have a seizure, which was what freaked me out. My tounge felt... Numb? I tried telling myself "Calm down calm down" but all rhat came out sounded like I was shooken up by something scarier.. Kinda like I was about to cry kind of shakey voice. That was like, summer time? I cant remember. But yeah    Were you anxious before that?

I was extremely anxious and tense as I have been --- truthfully I have been extremely anxious since the Christmas holidays. I think the medications I initially got on for the sake of controlling such health anxiety does not work anymore. I have been having panic attacks every night pretty much. From what you have described that was pretty close if not exactly how I felt. Scary isn't it?

Yes, it is very scary. I thought for sure I was gonna bash my head on something.. I just crawled up in a ball under my covers. And what made it worse was that eveyone else in my house was sleep, so i was lonely, it was quiet and silence drives me nuts, and it was like, almost two in the morning. Soo, yeah /  :

It happened to me around 3 am and I ended up waking up my parents crying though I felt fine afterwards. I felt even worse after that. XD

Lol, i wanted to wake mine up soooo bad, I just wanted to go in there and be like "Mama... I'm scared... I think *sniffs* t-t-th-tha-thaat I'm -bursts out crying-"   I kept that picture in my head, then i imagined she'd get so mad at not being able to understand me so I figured if it gets worse to then tell them. It never did
