Panic or phobia?

I've suffered for years with panic attacks but not have them semi under control but I am still terrified of something that is inevitable and it's effecting my day to day life?

Any suggestions on what to do would be great.

I stay away from meds and have been doing accupuncture.....

Hi

Some things you can try:

3-4 cups of chamomile tea per day
Exercise is very important
Yoga is awesome
Look on youtube for relaxation exercises and breathing techniques and practice them several times per day
Educate yourself about how and why anxiety happens. This lessens the fear of anxiety itself
