I'm so paranoid of dying..

It's terrible to go through this,
I don't know how to get over this.
Every physic symptom I have in my body m, I worry it's something serious. Like a heart attack.
I don't want to die! I am scared to die. I don't even want to believe that I will die. I enjoy living too much!!!! I just feel like life is moving way too fast, and it's giving me anxiety . I'm goin to be 25 years old this year. And I feel like I don't have time to accomplish all the things I want to do . It's just terrible. I feel like life Is a race.

I'm so worried! I also worry about my family . I can't imagine them dying.

I don't like feeling this way. My mind is thinking about very scary things.
I can't sleep , eat. All I do is worry and think about what could happen, and how scary it is.
Also, it's weird to think how our bodies work.
Like our body parts, organs, blood , ect.
And thinking about our insides makes me sick.

That's the problem with us anxiety sufferers - we think way too much.  And, on top of that, we're way too analytical.

If you enjoy living so much, get out there and live!  I've found that when I keep myself busy and involved, these thoughts are not nearly as prevalent.

My oldest son, who is 26 years old, also has anxiety.  He has a fear of death, but even moreso, a few of losing his parents.  Not to downplay your anxiety, but I think alot of that is completely normal.  I remember feeling this way when I was younger, too. 

I, too, have a fear of death but I know that really, it is a fear of the unknown.

I also have a sometimes crippling but always present fear of dying or my family dying.  I also think every headache, every ache, and every odd body thing is a sign of terminal illness.
I have talked to people about this. My Dr. said it is just a normal symptom of anxiety.  If it doesn't ease up, or if you find that it's constant and not a symptom that comes and goes, definitely see a Dr to discuss some daily medication for it. I did, it worked, I felt much better.
