I promise it will get easier!  The best thing to do (which I'm sure you know) is to keep as busy as you can.   You are doing awesome!!

Yeah Kathie is right It will get better. The one thing I did when I quit was Read books. I read and read and read.  It helped alot.  Now I'm addicted to Highlanders in Kilts.   :laugh3:    But  you'll feel like a whole new person.  You really will.   This is great I'm really excited for ya Nightmare!    :bigsmile:

Hang in there Nightmare!!! You are doing so awesome, and you really are such a great influence... especially for those of us who are truly considering quitting... (ME!!!) Keep it up...
