ct scan results, meaning?

Hi guys, I had head ct scan done last week because of my neuro symptoms, tingling, vision problems, fainting. Today my dr phoned me and said he got report, and it is NO ACUTE FINDINGH. I dont know what that means, are there chronic findings? Is that normal? He left a message on machine. Does anybody know? Does that mean there is no brain tumour? Please I am grateful for any answer
