bloody nausea!

so i've felt sick all day, and what's worrying is ginger isn't helping it at all! it usually does!
i still have most of my appetite, but only when i feel hungry
i have gad, ocd, depression, i'm badly emetophobic, under exam pressure and have possible (undiagnosed but mum who's a nurse noticed signs of, and i match most symptoms of) ibs and gerd
i've been a bit constipated all week, only had one real bm that was quite small but good enough, and one very very very small one, like literally a spec!
are these a cause do you think? my area's just gone through an outbreak of norovirus but i've not heard of any cases for about a week now, plus i don't feel as nauseous as people with the bug do, but i worry that i could
any ideas of a cause or what to do about it?
