I use a good book called ' Mind over Mood '. Good self help book. With plenty of mental exercises for you to try out. Therapists go by this book as well. They do have a web site by the exact same name as the book. I am sure others will give you the name of more books. That is just my choice of reading.

Mind over mood is good, i wet through that one with a support worker... i was also recommended CBT for dummies, found that one quite useful too...don't be put off by it being a big book, it's all broken down in to sections and you can do the bits you need as and when x

Try The Worry Cure. It is CBT based though. Works well.
