changes in digestive schedule
« on: November 12, 2011, 03:16:40 PM »
I've never paid much attention to my digestive system until recently.  Normally, I would get nervous and have to go to the bathroom (#2) quite a bit (3-5 times a day).  Any time that I felt nervous or anxious, that feeling would creep up on me.

But lately, I've noticed that I go once in the morning and it's not a very fruitful BM - it's definitely something, but I'm used to more and more frequently.  It's too hard or to soft, but it's a very abrupt change after years of going a few times a day.  I don't feel backed up or uncomfortable or anything...

I did recently move to a new apartment and in with my girlfriend, but that was in June and this started in Septemberish.  I'm just wondering if changes in your schedule are normal like that or if I should be worried.

Thinking back to when I was a kid, I probably didn't go as much as I did in my teens and 20's.  I just dunno.

Just to add to it, I would describe it as eerily normal.  Normally dairy makes my stomach go crazy, not anymore.  Coffee and all of that stuff doesn't seem to have much effect.  I know I shouldn't be complaining about it, but is it weird or am I just overanalyzing?

It was almost like this happened overnight.
