Hi P:) I feel your angst. I've been there...most of us have been there (lots are still there). You've been here seeking some assurances, lately, for a pretty wide range of symptoms, asking if it's normal for anxiety to cause this or that. HA peeps often vacillate between our awareness of the symptoms which are caused or greatly influenced by our anxiety, and  the normal body functions, normal aches and pains which we over-analyze and dwell upon believing this might be something sinister to worry about, as well. I've read most of your posts and it is very apparent that you are struggling with anxiety / health anxiety. But, that's OK...that's why you're here...that's why you need to find some gentle guidance to steer you in the appropriate direction. Like I said, almost ALL of us have been where you are today. I know you need some compassion and some assurances in that what you are, currently, feeling and thinking has happened to others. Trust me, your trials, in what you say in your posts, seem to me to be near textbook....nothing way out of the ordinary. I'm not downplaying your suffering, at all...I promise. I know it is very tough and trying for you and a "textbook" case of HA can be incredibly awful and can cause major, serious lifeflow interruptions. You're 14, so you are very young to have any nasty disease. You've also had some med testing and Doc visits that haven't presented anything healthwise that is of concern. This is wonderful:)

So, as I have mentioned before in a couple other replies, you need to find the strength to let someone help you. At 14, you do not have the resources to attempt to tackle your anxiety issues alone. It is  difficult, and painstaking, to explain this type of struggle to loved ones...this most of us here fully understand. Other peeps can't really grasp the serious effect it can have on one's, overall, life and well-being unless they, themselves, have struggled with it. But that said, you must allow yourself the chance to find some lasting relief. You will NOT find lasting solace coming here asking if this symptom, or that symptom is due to anxiety. But please, come here for assurances and some temporary help that you are not alone in your situation. Find some temporary help here, but get some APPROPRIATE help from a local Doc, therapist, psychiatrist. At 14, you must let someone help you. To gain lasting relief, almost all of us (regardless of age) need help in getting to where we want to be. With that help, you will, hopefully, learn habits, actions, activities and mindsets that can move you down your healing path. With that help, hopefully, you will learn how to help yourself which is, ultimately, the truest way to find that lasting peace:) Please seek out some local guidance:) There is always help and hope. But, hope without calm, directed action is fruitless. You didn't wish these struggles upon yourself...you cannot, simply, wish them away. You can do this:)

Peace and Feel Well:)
