Oy, aren't panic attacks fun.
I've experienced near-panic attacks alot lately, and even managed a few real ones.  Wednesday night at work, they made us gather around on the stairwell to have our group department picture taken.  Of course it took them FOREVER to get us lined up the way they wanted, and I felt horrible......internal shakiness, lightheaded, fast heartbeat, trouble catching a good breath, random tingling all over, couldn't talk, some nausea, and terrified of fainting.  Started feeling better after it was over, but i took an Ativan when i got back to my desk anyway and felt great an hour later.
I've never had a problem with getting pictures took, but I was already highly anxious the whole day, hours beforehand.  Plus, in the last year, I've developed "crowd" anxiety, so all of us being huddled together was bothersome.  I seriously considered running down the stairs and telling a supervisor I had to use the bathroom urgently LOL, but I just stood there, fidgeting and rubbing my face (?????).
Perhaps we should get in the habit of doing Yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercises once or twice daily and see if we improve.  I am also adjusting to new medication at the moment, which is probably aggravating the condition until my body gets used to it.

I've only had 1 panic attack and it sounds pretty similar to what you're going thru.  I had a hard time catching my breath then things started getting kind of faint so I leaned up against a wall to brace myself, next thing I know I'm coming to about 5 minutes later laying on the floor.  Not fun.  Your not alone it happens to a lot of people.  Just take deep breaths and try to relax.  :action-smiley-065:
