Were you a raging alcoholic? Did you gradually wean yourself off? I was borderline raging and slowly withdrew over a month. Felt pretty crappy during that first month, but it subsided going forward. I've been sober 140 days today and am in a pretty good place. Are you eating, sleeping, exercising well? These all help. I would speak to your Dr. if you're still feeling under the weather, there are meds (NALTREXONE HCL etc.) that can help w/ prolonged withdrawal syndrome. Wishing you find comfort soon.
