Stress induced schizophrenia continues to rule my life

If I'm not heavily sedated, I'm extremely nervous and paranoid and simply cannot function. But when I'm sedated I can't function either, so, are there any alternatives?

I have stress induced Bipolar so I understand where you're coming from.  Its Bipolar w/ psychosis.  If I get really stressed out, I end up having an episode where I become manic and hallucinate.  I get very paranoid.  Its pretty bad.  Hang in there!
