For me the "physical symptoms" are. Freezing cold toes, the feeling of electrical current running through my body, stomach bloating, slight difficulty breathing, difficulty sleeping.

Psychological symptoms: Deep dark fatalistic rumination, raccccccccing thoughts, felling like I'm going INSANE, if this is life, I don't want to go on living, I can't sleep because my mind is racing with thoughts of every kind all at once, fear of something I don't understand. The near panic felling of WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO ME!!!

These feelings are are so REAL and still difficult to adequately describe because they are so outside of normal experience. Which add's separation to the mix.

I have major Anxiety attacks once or twice a year and minor one's every month or two. But am always fearful of an impending attack. Ray

i feel for you, and yes they really suck, all of them, i normally pass out and wake up being pointed and being everyones joke, just know you are not alone, while your out do you think your the only anxious one?
i know its difficult but when/if your comfortable look around, many other people look anxious, and the good thing is they aint looking at you, your looking at them!
try it

good luck

My symptoms are more of loss of appetite, nausea, nervousness, shaking, racing thoughts, and not sleeping, or having trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. and not sleeping seems to trigger more anxiety in me, making things worse. UGH its so frustrating!!!

Well mine started over 12 years ago with mainly stomach issues, cramps, pains, nausea. then pain in the liver area. had that a lot back then. then 8 years ago started getting the pains in the chest, my least favourite symptom. but usually my least common one. led me to hospital a few times too i may add. Now i seem to be getting issues with head. headaches, electric shocks, dizziness.

Does anyone else find that the longer they have gad, the more new symptoms effect them?
