I believe they can differ slightly from person to person, but I had one a few months ago.
One morning I was doing my daily routine and out of nowhere this surge of mental and physical attacks came at me.
And I guess the best way for me to explain it is that it felt like a major panic attack with uncontrollable
crying and frustration. I couldn't breathe and kept hyperventilating. I couldn't think properly, at all. It's like
my mind didn't know which way to go and I seriously felt the need to check myself into a mental hospital.

It wasn't one of those things where your afraid your going to have to go to a mental hospital or the fear
of someone putting you in one. I actually knew there was something going on. Something was mentally wrong
with me in a major way. I even called my mother to come get my children and I begged her to take me to a mental hospital.
I couldn't even talk because I kept busting out into tears, for no reason, and I started to freak out because my mind just
wasn't functioning like it should. It was scary.....

It's something that you would not question.
You would know that you were having one.

I hope this helps  :happy0151:
