Need help countering sexual addiction

hey guys.  Currently having impulse problems concerning sexual urges.  I need help countering these urges when I have them.
Have any of you gone through anything like this?  Can you help?
I was going to make a poster to remind myself of the self destructiveness of this addiction
I want to feel like I have control over myself again.

Any tips are welcome!  thanks!

Counseling, support groups, medication for OCD, and self help books.
