I'm on 10 mg of Lexapro and I take 1 mg Clonazepam as needed for sleep. I love Lexapro and everything that it has done for me but I don't like the sexual side effects and the fact that I can't tolerate alcohol on it....although the intolerance of alcohol is probably for the best.  :angel-smiley-006:

Zoloft - 25 mg in the morning, 25 mg at night (as of right now--was on a higher dosage in the past)

Xanax - .25 mg as needed

^ These are small doses but I'm a very petite person so they work for me

I have also taken Inositol which is an herbal supplement with B vitamins--I just hate taking it because it always gets stuck in my throat!

There is also Rescue Remedy...it's a solution that you drop under your tongue consisting of water, brandy, and various flowers that is supposed to help with stress.

This combo has been pretty effective for my woefully entangled ADHD, anxiety, and depression:

Dextroamphetamine (30 mg) and Propranolol (20 mg) in the morning

Citalopram (40 mg) at night

Hello World.

Medications I am currently on:
Zoloft 200mg
Trazadone 50mg
Xanax .5 mg as needed (which has been a lot lately)

I recently stopped taking neurontin because it caused me to have panic attacks constantly for 2 weeks.   :sick0002:

Vitamins I take:
Deplin 15mg
Fish Oil 3600mg
1 Pre-Natal Vitamin/night

I'm currently stuck in another state of near constant panic and have had the following suggested by my therapist:
Magnesium 300-400mg
Gaba L-theanine

Anyone have any luck with those two supplements??

Hello, I've tried sofar, paxil, zoloft, prozac, buspar, celexa, rameron, effexor (only for about a month),seroquel, sometimes was a combination of these together.

The past couple years i been on celexa + Seroquel. The Seroquel is to make me sleep cause i get insomnia and it does work awesome for sleep. One of the biggest helps is good sleep I feel. I am just now starting Cymbalta and giving that a try It seemed the celexa was not doing it for my GAD. I've heard great things about Cymbalta so Im giving it a try and still taking my seroquel at night. I Hope in time to be able to post some positive things from my new med. Well see.

Ive been on Seroquel ( made me feel like a zombie )

etc. etc.

I am hoping to go on an SSRI maybe Lexapro to try or start on abilify as my doctor thinks I am Bipolar...I hope he's right so my anxiety goes away...pray for me

I have changed been up down and around with my medication.  I currently take Xanax 1mg per day, Ativan 5mg per day and Aropax 10mg per day.  I am on a mission to get off my aropax, then get off the Xanax.  I am doing this over a year long period. :winking0008:

I take 10mg of buspirone twice a day and klonopin when needed.  I just started having panic attacks a week ago so this is all new to me. I've been given Paxil as well but for some reason have been afraid of taking it.

Currently on 100mg of Luvox every morning. Only been on it for 2 weeks, though I feel worse then when I started, going to try going off it or changing to something else soon. Also taking amino acid chelated magnesium, vitamin c and b and fish oil. I think I will try calcium as well as I've heard good things.
