EEG
« on: August 09, 2011, 04:12:16 PM »
Has anyone had an EEG done as part of your depression treatment? I know it is a band that go overs over the head and has to do with measuring your brain waves. What is it like? What do the results supposed to show or mean?

I am starting an outpatient treatment program for mild-moderate depression this Friday and would like to hear (positive or neutral) personal experiences with EEG testing. I believe this will be done during my treatment several times.

Thanks.  :action-smiley-065:
