I was wondering if someone could tell me how you post a picture with your post in the forums like some are doing in the pet's thread. Thanks for any help.

when you open a reply box, just below it you will see a link that says "attachements and other options"  click that.  you will see

Attach:

then a window box-------------then browse.  click browse and then you can choose pics from your computer.  this will put the pic in as an attachement.  it needs to be small enough though.  I haven't put any pics in the body of the text box though.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

If you want to put an image into the body of the text, you need to host it somewhere like Photobucket. Then you upload the photo to the hosting site using the method Sixpack talked about -- it will give you a Browse option. Then you copy and paste the URL into the text of the post. You need to put these tags around the URL:

Code: [Select]
[img][/img]
So then your post will be something like:

Code: [Select]

And that will show the picture in the body of your post.

And it rolls about like this: Unconscious ignorance, conscious ignorance, conscious competence, unconscious competence. Then it repeats. Nobody is ever truly a master at anything, there is always something to learn, either by mind or body.

Photobucket is a free online hosting site. Or Imageshack if you prefer it, also a free site.
