coming to terms thats it ibs

So im finally coming to terms that its ibs and nothing eals the constant pain went away after 5-6 chrio vists so my hip was staring my groin muscle and iv noticed that lil things will flare up my my symptom like antibiotics i was doing fine until using then and so i read that ibsers ave prob with antibiotics  flare up the symptom so it took 4 months with this scare whats next how long will my not worrying last hopefully for the rest of my life but i know that wont happen

Yoga for IBS/GI issues is a great help and somewhat a relief.

Increase in fiber and water intake also helps.  Take care of the physical things for IBS, then find out how to relax.  For us (anxious people) relaxing doesn't necessarily mean vegging out in front of the t.v.  It can mean we literally have to sit down, relax EACH muscle by thinking about it and just breathe slowly and calmly.
