need info does this sound like a panic attack?

  :sick0002: i need some info i have been getting this since the beginning of the year i get pain out of nowhere in my left side of the chest the pain shoots down into my arms it gos numb arm feels tight i get dizzy spells almost like a head rush blurry vision shortness of breath you feel like this is it your gonna die it can last hours for me i went to the hospital 3 times this year and they all tell me they cant find nothing wrong with me and im prob getting a panic attack they took x-rays of my stomach they hooked me up to a heart monitor the test came back fine can i be having panic attacks and i have another problem not sure if it can be linked to a panic attack but i have stomach problems with eating certain foods greesy foods anything with caffeine in it and i will have stomach pains running to the bathroom and diarrhea this happends way to often for me

1. does this sound like a panic attack
2. can indigestion problems trigger an attack

I too get a shooting pain down my left side, and it's especially apparent when I'm stressed out. As for the caffeine and greasy food, excessive worrying, nervousness, and panic attacks can cause irritable bowel syndrome. I guess it has something to do with the adrenaline levels or chemicals produced in your body when you are stressed out.

It's happened to me before, and I used to take Prevacid for excessive heartburn to cope. Heartburn rises in response to stress, and I've seen this happen over and over again for me.
