Am I Going Deaf??!

hey guys.  i don't know.  I feel like noises are much quieter than they usually are to me.  It could be my anxiety.  But it feels very real. 
I have no rational reason why I might be going deaf.  I love music and playing piano, and that's what terrifies me most about going deaf.
I realize anxiety can produce some very real results.  I have obscessed about my hearing before, but this time it feels much more severe.
I am freaking out.  I don't want to go deaf.  Any support would be welcome.
It's odd.  Many people will say 'It's just your anxiety" and disregard your problem.  Like it's just in your head.  That bugs me.  because sometimes it is, but it's hard to tell.

Is your potential hearing loss all the time, or does it come and go? If it comes and goes, I have something called "auditory exclusion" that creeps up on me when I'm in high anxiety mode and my fight/flight/freeze kicks in. Once I calm down, it goes away...until the next time.

I know that this is not a 100% accurate test, but I downloaded an app on my iphone when I was worried about my hearing, just for some gentle "it's going to be ok" reassurance.  If you google "hearing test app", a bunch come up.

THanks guys!  it actually feels like it happens occasionally, moreso when I have time to dwell on it.  again, thanks for the replies!   ;)
