What is a brand new member?. It is a member in the "Just Joined" group who has less than 3 posts.The following previously restricted areas/features are now available to this group and are no longer restricted...

* Chat rooms
* Search
* Voting in polls
* "Rec'ing" (recommending) other members.
* Notification on replies/topics
* Posting of attachments (must be approved before being made public)
* Custom username colors
* Profile Viewing
* No moderation of initial 3 posts or replies.
