Forum Upgrade, New Features, Other Changes...

Greetings Members

Just a few quick bits of news. The forum, chat room and all plugins have just been upgraded to the latest versions. Soon, we hope to add a new theme to the forum and new smiles to the chat room. In addition to the AFK (Away From Keyboard) plugin that was added to the chat room recently and the 5 new features that were added to the forum, a new Re-Tweet feature was added today to allow tweeting of topics. Also, a lot of issues with registrations and logins have been fixed as well as the annoying "jumpy cursor" bug in IE. Lot's of other changes and improvements as well, with more on the way as we strive to make Anxiety Zone as friendly and easy to use as possible.

hmmm saw that AFK the other day and didn't know what it was.... hmmmm mystery solved

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
