So today I felt like an eletrical shock feeling in my heart when I woke up & I've been having a rapid heartbeat. Then I started having left side chest pain that's intense and has lasted for hours. I'm also getting tremors and tingling in my left arm & leg. I'm also having right side neck spasms. Is this pain consistent with anxiety. I asked my doctor about my pain and she just dismissed it.

Also sometimes when I take a deep breath I get bad back pain.

What do you think? Is is normal for pain to be concentrated on one side of the body with anxiety or does this have a medical cause? What about the electrical shock feeling? I've had a multitude of tests to rule out a heart condition. I'm an overweight 21 yr old female but I have no other risk factors. Does this sound serious?

Any ideas, thoughts, concerns!? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I totally understand. I've been getting sharp pains in my head and neck, pains in my chest, dull pains in my leg, dull pain and tingling in my arm- ALL ON MY LEFT SIDE. It's been literally driving my insane because I don't know if they are real or my anxiety. I try to tell myself they are just my brain messing with me but I'm too scared to fully believe that. I just try to ignore it but it's so hard. Just know that you are not alone. I know it's not much but its better than nothing :) If you want to talk more, please feel free to message me. Hoping we all feel better soon!!
