My old issue has come back.

I remember experiencing severe anxiety at a very young age. I am surprised to find that I am constantly in a state of worry 20 years later. I maybe so unsure of my future or life in general because I've lost touch with my spirituality. The only thing that ever kept me grounded in life was that, but now that I work on the weekends I feel my relationship with God slowly slipping away. I desperately need that back and more importantly I need to redefine what my religion means for me and my family so that I won't need to worry ever again. Society has me worried that the world may end in the next year or so and that is what I am constantly thinking about. I pray that I can get through this because waking from sleep to find support means that my worry has completely taken over my life.
