for some reason today i've had a intense fear. i'm afraid to go to sleep, afraid of everything. it's really starting to freak me out. anyone else?

I'm afraid all the time ...afraid to sleep cause of the stuff I see, afraid to go out cause I dont wanna feel my heart pound, afraid of silence cause it will allow me to think of what sensation I am feeling next... etc
