hubs has advanced degrees in chemistry and an MBA.  He, of course, got phenom grades.  lol. He is a very smart man.  What gets him in the door for jobs is looking at the universities he went to--even now 25+ yrs later.

hubs didn't go to Ivy League.  He went to schools with a rep for excellence in chemistry.  Hubs had an interview recently--the interviewer looked at the schools he went to and was very impressed.

Ah sounds like you netted a fine catch for a hubby there!!! :laugh3:

he is a keeper but not because of his education (He'll tell me about some thing going on with work--organometallics and... and I'll glaze over. lol.)  But because he is a wonderful human being and handsome to boot. :winking0008:

however I'm thinking that the thread has gone off topic a bit.   :laugh3:  I'm sorry horrobusiness.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

As just about everyone has already said, cheating is wrong!  Just don't beat yourself up over this!  Learn from your mistakes, make amends, and forgive yourself wholeheartedly~ then move on!  It is through our mistakes that we learn!

It's not what's happening to you now or what has happened in your past that determines who you become. Rather, it's your decisions about what to focus on, what things mean to you, and what you're going to do about them that will determine your ultimate destiny.

It's insane the way things are now! My 1st BA degree was in Dance Education (what was I thinking) - thank God I got a minor in Sociology because I ended up going back and getting my masters in Social Work and I am so thankful I went back :) I got extremely lucky because I had an awesome scholarship for my BA so I barely paid anything - my masters was pretty much paid to (love you mom lol!) My bf only has a BA in Comp. Sci. with $40K+ in school loans he'll be paying forever, its so sad

If he is working his degree. The loan is small compared to most unless he wants to live beyond and ahead of his means now, live impatiently.

He's finished with his degree actually but unable to find a job - which is why the $40k in student loans is not small at all ... everyone wants to hire you with a degree but at minimum wage! It's insane, I also live in NY which is part of the problem ... packing up and leave the state soon

You became vulnerable. You messed up. So you cheated on a question, not the thing to do, but you did it and it's done. Don't turn yourself in. You didn't cheat on the whole test. I think you already received your punishment with all the guilt you are giving yourself. With all the guilt you have, I highly doubt you'll cheat on the next test. I also bet you'll never forget the question and answer you cheated on. Stop beating yourself up. You're a good person who made a mistake.

its been too long now, i dont know what to do, but i think i ll just live with it, i really appreciate the input but i will absolutely never cheat again, i just feel sort of guilty because like, the job i get in the future, the rest of my college career is all based on me cheating or thats what im thinking in my head
