Almost fainted when lying on stomach!! =(

has anyone experianced this??? I was sitting on my bed playing a computer game..then put the laptop down to lay on my stomach real quick and my head started pounding like it does sometimes when you stand up quick??? and i felt this rush in my head and i felt like i was going to faint...i tried to lay there a sec to see if it'd get better but it kept getting worse until i sat up
