Cardiophobia

Hello

 I have lived with cardiophobia for 5 years now. Besides, I have a fear of blood clots. Unfortunately, I reached the age (39 years) where I can no longer say I'm too young to be affected by these issues.

 I've been in cognitive therapy several times, but my anxiety is still here. I'll no longer be physically active and I dare no longer go anywhere alone.

 I hope .... anyone here has defeated this phobia or maybe have some good experience on what has got you on?
