Green mucus in stool... worried!

I believe that I have IBS, I have spoken with a few different docs and they think it is a possibility. I mostly suffer from constipation. Last night after I had a BM, I wiped and noticed a tiny bit of green mucus on the stool, it was bright green in color. And it looked like mucus from my nose. It was a very small amount. I am wondering what it could be and if I should be worried. I have heard that different dyes in food and drinks can turn your BM different colors and it is not uncommon for me to have mucus in my stool occassionally I have just never seen it green before. Anyone else have this happen? Thanks! I am trying not to google this!
