numb in my arm

Hey everyone im jus wonderign if anyone eles gets numbnes in there right arm i dunno if its numb or jus weak .. i can still feel it when i touch it so im kinda confused ..does anyone eles get this at all

if you can feel it when you touch the surface of your skin, then I'm 90% sure that its a pinched or irritated nerve. If it was something muscular i beleive the pain would be much deeper....and you wouldnt be able to feel the sensation right on the surface of your skin.

Arm numbness can be a number of things, of course...but it is a VERY common symptom of anxiety, tension, and just stress in general. I went for a month with numbness on the whole left side of my body because I was tense and anxious, even when I didn't feel anxious the numbness stayed. Now, it wasn't NUMB that I couldn't feel it, but like novacaine that had half worn off. I went to the chiropractor and found out I was getting a pinched nerve from my clenched jaw, neck bones, and tense shoulder. Some adjustments, massage, and stretches and it is GONE. It comes back sometimes if I sit for too long, but goes away again when I stretch. I was sure I had MS, a stroke, a tumor...ended up getting scans in the ER for that one. You are probably pinching a nerve...try stretching your shoulder muscles.
