Symptoms Again

I have been having horrible anxiety symptoms all day.

Here are my NEW anxiety symptoms:

1. Everything "seems" brighter- my eyes water
2. I become more aware of the things around me- like what if they were gone- makes my eyes water/dizzy
3. SEVERE dizziness.

Do these seem anxiety related?

I mean- my normal are all on left side- chest pain, arm pain, neck pain, jaw pain- all have been on left side. After ruling out numerous times heart issues- they diagnosed me with Anxiety?
