I would personally agree that being tired can bring on anxiety!  When I take afternoon naps and awake I notice that I feel some anxiety!  Also when I stay out late till 2 am or later and am really tired It brings on anxiety!  I Don't take naps anymore!  As for the eating, I don't get anxious with that one!

It's not what's happening to you now or what has happened in your past that determines who you become. Rather, it's your decisions about what to focus on, what things mean to you, and what you're going to do about them that will determine your ultimate destiny.

Yes! i totally agree. If i get like 3-4 hours of sleep because of a long night...I'm a wreck the next day. I'm anxious, I feel shakey, I'm sensitive to light, etc. yes, its MUCH WORSE when im very tired or sleep deprived.

Being tired definitely makes my anxiety worse and my physical symptoms of anxiety worse too....but anxiety also doesn't allow me to sleep...so my anxiety is pretty bad right now  :goofy:

YES! I get worse in just about every way when I am tired. I get more symptoms, plus I worry more about the symptoms because my mind is just too tired to fight it. That cycles and I end up getting MORE tired and staying up worrying, and it gets worse and worse. It's definitely "normal" to feel worse when you are tired.
