Taurine or any other natural supplements?

Hey guys, I've been doing some reading about natural supplements for anxiety. It seems Taurine may be effective in helping with anxiety and mood. Some people say anywhere from 1-5g per day helps. Has anyone tried Taurine or any other natural supplements with some success? I'm already being treated by a doctor but would like to see if supplements may add to my treatment. Thanks!!

Hey, I actually just updated a post I made a week ago or so about the same thing. I've been taking GABA every day, which is supposed to be a natural calm, and taking that every day has helped a lot for me so far. I've also heard a lot about taking 5-HTP and L-Tyrosine for depression relief along with b vitamins, so I'm going to be trying that again as it has worked for me in the past. Before I started skipping doses (terrible!), I had great depression/anxiety relief for months.
