Anxiety leads to Chronic Fatigue?
« on: March 23, 2011, 04:26:53 PM »
I have been struggling with CFS for about 5 yrs now. Off and on- lasts about 2-3 months. It's usually brought on by extreme stress- Anxiety/OCD. I was on anafrinal which was helping the stress, which I guess helped my CFS. I went off the anafranil had horrible anxiety for a month and then crashed bad. I'm torn about going back on meds. Just wanna get better. Anyone have any similar stories or insights?

I can relate. I had CF for 10 years and the worst thing about getting "better" was realising the anxiety wasn't just a symptom, I was stuck with it! Its taken me a couple of years, but now I'm on meds and therapy its improving leaps and bounds
hang in there take it hour by hour
hugs
